Complaint: I had a confirmed reservation made through Car Rental Express for a 5-day rental from their Miami airport location over Easter weekend. I called upon arrival at the Miami airport, spoke to someone at the offsite rental location, confirmed that I was to proceed to the MIA Rental Center and then call them again to be picked up. I did that as fast as I could walk and ride through the airport, probably 30 minutes with luggage pickup. At that point, they did not answer any number I had for them, local or 800. I called over a half hour, sent emails, left voice mail messages. Nothing, no answer in any way. Hours later, I received an email that they had canceled my reservation. No explanation, no call. Their rates are too cheap to be believed and that is the problem. They clearly are unable to deliver what they promise and confirm. Avoid them.
