I purchased drapes from this outlet Internet site whom I have used many times in the past. I received the purchase damaged, dirty and old. I contacted customer service immediately and received a response stating that they would get back to me within. 24 to 48 hrs. They did asking for the order number as they were unable to find it. I responded and didn’t hear back. I filed another complaint and they again asked for the order number. Several emails back with several days in between this has been going on for 5 weeks. I am disappointed and frutrated. There is no phone number to call. I have given them every piece of information they have requested plus pictures. I don’t know what else to do besides warn others about this issue. 1SALEADAY.com had in my eyes defrauded me and not lived up to their return policy.
