Complaint: Sold me a warranty over the phone, took money off my credit card and once I received the contract, it had all these stipulations that they didn’t tell me about. I sent them a cancellation notice and they refused to refund my money. I cancelled within 30 days. I have since gone to visa and they’ve gotten some of my money back but not all of it.
