Complaint: Scam artists that know they can get away with very low levels of customer service. Required us to sign a document saying we had received a checklist of household items. Never provided that list or ensured house was properly furnished as stated in ad. Condo was not cleaned professionally prior to arrival. They sent some guy over to run a Swiffer. When we left, they charged a cleaning fee, even though it was cleaner than when we moved in. TV broke. They did not replace (TV was part of rental agreement) Rugs were too moldy to use. We removed and stuffed them in storage. Jetted tub broke. They sent a guy over who tore a hole into it. Despite repeated requests, they never repaired the hole and only repaired the tub 2 weeks before our lease was up, after I threatened to sue. During our heated exchange, Meg stated that she could likely rent the condo out as-is, even with the hole. Which kinda’ shows the level of care they have for their rentees. We paid well, and received only a part of what they had agreed to provide.
