Ordered UGGS for a Christmas present.There was noe-mail confirmation and no phone number to contact.The boots took 3 weeks to arrive. When my daughter tried on the boots, they broke! There is no way to return the UGGS. The web site states to send an e-mailand they will sendthe information for the return. Many e-mails were sent without any response from the company. We are out the money!! Don’t let this happen to you.
