Complaint: Took the van to be repair, I explain very clearly to Frank, the maneger that I did not wish to have any work done on the van endless he was sure It would fix the problem, Frank then said he would not take any guesses , and would not do anything endless he was sure it would take care of the problem. I picked the van up and while driving it discover it was the same, I then call Frank he stated that there was one more piece to change, I took it back , he change the piece and it was still the same , I call Frank again and he refuse to give me my money back.
