Complaint: Wesley Mills and Shane Fellers from AmaX General Contractors took $19,400 for metal materials for my families dream home we were building. They never delivered the metal nor gave us our money back. They quit answering phone calls and emails pretty quickly after getting the money. After my attorney sent them an ultimatum letter, they called me and fed me 1 more lie of delivery. I then filed a criminal case against them, but since they finished up my decking on my roof before they could put metal on, that nullified the criminal side. To have gotten a criminal indictment they had to have “never I intended”” to finish the job. Apparently keeping our $19
