I’ve used Amazon.com for years, and recently relocated back to South Carolina. I did not know and they did not inform me that they don’t charge state sales tax for this state. I ended up with a bill for 149.00 from the state of sc for the sales tax amazon.com didn’t pay. I feel I was ripped off by them because now I have to pay this sales tax in full, and Amazon.com could have been taking it out of each purchase.
