I ordered a costume from AMI Clubwear 3 weeks ago. I never got any updates (but was charged) about the order. After a week of no updates AND paying extra for fast shipping, I contacted the company. They finally responded a week later with a tracking number saying they just shipped my order. I tried the tracking number and nothing came up so I decided to wait a few days. I tried it again and NO such tracking number existed. I contacted UPS and FEDex as AMI wrote that they sent it UPS GROUND with FEDEX. Both UPS and FEDEX assured me that there was no such tracking address. I called Customer Service and emailed them and was told someone would contact me but nobody has. I asked for a refund and got the same response. I spent over $50 on a costume that I never received and still haven’t heard back from AMI.
