The ManagernBest BuynLarry Someone n2643 Housely RoadnAnnapolisnMD 21401 n24 February 2009 nDear Sir, nShocking Service by Worst Buy and the Moron Squad / Transaction number 0466173 @15h03 on 02/19/09 / Credit number 0755660 @ 17h57 on 02/19/09 nI do not expect any answer to this letter, nor will I expect any change to the way you do business and even if there is some change I will never experience it as I will never set foot in one of your appalling stores ever again. nWhen I came into your store at 2pm on Thursday 19 February 2009 to buy a laptop computer I eventually managed to conclude a deal with one of your surly sales guys. nYour staff were standing around chatting and when I quite forcefully asked for service assistance I eventually got some. No one approached me to offer assistance. nHe was marginally knowledgeable at best and we agreed on the purchase as described in the above transaction number. nHe and the Geek Squad guy told me the computer would be ready within one and half to two hours. The time of the transaction was clocked at 15h03 ergo come back at five pm. nI returned two hours later only to be told I had to wait in line with everyone else and at some other counter where these are people with technical problems, not a pick up. nHaving a plane to catch in Baltimore I impressed upon some rude pimply moron who said it was not ready and they hadn’t even started loading the software. nHe then promised me it would be ready before six o clock. nWell I returned again at five forty five only to be told by the rude pimply moron to wait in line like everyone else. nTime now being desperate I had no choice but to cancel the deal and get gone. nAnother rude and unhelpful customer service agent sullenly passed the credits at three minutes to six o’clock US$ 699.99 for the computer, US$ 20 for the moron squad charge, US$ 149.99 for the software but refused to credit me computer optimization charge of US$ 39.99 as the computer had been worked on. nWhat a bunch of crap. This is tantamount to theft. nWhen I asked the managers name he responded Larry but said he could not give out his full name.
