I purchased a Northface jacket for my wife for Christmas. When she received the jacket it was two times smaller than it should have been. The material was also and unlike the quality of any North Face jacket I had ever seen around. When I contacted the owner he gave me the complete run around was extremely rude and even told me that he would not give me a refund. Upon much arguing with him after two weeks he finally said that if I return it he would give me a refund. He provided me with a prepaid shipping label and I sent the jacket back to him. I then waited two weeks and never received any refund. When I contacted him and explained that I had still not received any refund he was extremely rude and said that I should read his return policy. I read his return policy as he rudely instructed and total it said that I could be waiting up to a month to receive the refund. So I waited one month and one week just for good measure and still no refund ever came. I called him all throughout the week and he never answered I rang and rang until he finally answered and was clearly agitated. When I told him very nicely that I still have not received any refund he said okay I will process this request now and you should see it within the next two to three days. It has now been one week and I still have yet to see a refund. This guy is the scariest of all scum his business is a scam he has no business ethics or right to sell anything to anyone do not purchase from him buyers beware do not purchase from him. If you’re interested in starting a class action lawsuit I suggest we do this together immediately. Also I am contacting the Better Business Bureau of New York and I strongly suggest that you do the same you can Google their contact number and file a formal complaint with them. I have also contacted New York cities governor, state representative, and congressman. I’m going to be in town near that area within the next few weeks and I plan on visiting Bob in person!
