Photos show first dress (on the left) compared to the correct dress, as well as my dress in the middle of the other two dresses. You’ll notice that mine is off color and not one of them is identical. n —–Purchased my dress on March 16th for a wedding on April 30. The dress they sent didn’t match the two other bridesmaid dresses so they told me to ship the dress back and as soon as they received it they would begin making the new dress. I had to pay $47.73 to return the dress because, although they list themselves as having a New Jersey address, it does NOT exist and they are located in CHINA. They stated they would refund my shipping costs as soon as they received it. Once they received the dress they started making the new one. I had to communicate with them for nearly 2 weeks for them to understand the urgency of the dress. nThe new dress arrived 1 day before the wedding and it was the exact same dress as before. The stitching was completely wrong, the color was off and it didn’t have straps on it like I ordered. My assumption is that when you’re ordering dresses that are bigger than a size 12 they try to replicate it and fail miserably. They asked me for photos of my dress alongside the other two dresses for proof. I did so and they stated that they would refund me the second return shipping along with the first return shipping AND the price of the dress. nA month goes by and I don’t have a refund and I’m already out $150.89. I ask where my refund is and they only give me a $59.99 refund. The cost of the dress and shipping was $89.98 alone, so they still owe me $90.90. I’ve tried calling them and they hang up on me. I’ve tried sending letters and they go unanswered. I’ve tried online chat and they ignore me. I’ve tried emailing and they don’t respond. nThey have a history of ripping people off, according the the BBB of NJ. Unless you want to give free money away I DO NOT suggest using this company. I plan to go through all channels to get the remainder of my refund back. Below is a complete tally of their “communications”” on my account. Needless to say
