This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had…and I buy online a lot. I was looking for an extend for my iphone and after doing hours of research, I decided to go with because the site that I preferred had it on back order. I was a bit worried because the site is very immature, to say the least, but I needed the device for my team.The research I did find did some research on itself and found some mixed reviews – I found out later that there are muliple complaint blogs and sites about this fraudulent company. I decided to take a chance and just place the order. My order was placed on December 29, 2011; They had a coupon listed on but it didn’t. I tried to report this to Buxr but was told that they wouldn’t allow comments about the coupons because the store was under investigation. On Wednesday January 2, 2008 I received an e-mail from, which I thought would be the shipment confirmation, which actually turned out to be a backorder notification According to the e-mail my order was now being placed on hold until January 23rd when the item would be available.I called on January 2nd and January 3rd, with absolutely no luck. Every time I called I would stay on hold for over 45 minutes at a time and still could not get through to costumer service. I was finally able to get through to costumer service and was greeted by someone who was whispering as if they didn’t want someone to hear the call. After putting me on hold for 20 minutes, hhe said, I am happy to inform you that your order has actually processed and it will be mailed out today.After 2 weeks past and not receiving my order I decided to call once again. Took 3 more days to finally get someone. When the costumer service rep picked up the phone I told him I just wanted an update on my order..gave him the order number…and she said “your order has been processed and will be mailed out today.”” At this point I was furious

this was the same response I got 2 weeks earliert. After pointing this out to her he said well let me look at the account.She put me on hold for about 22 minutes. When he came back he asked me if I got the e-mail informing me that my order was He said she would make sure that the order would be mailed today. I asked him if this time it was actually going to be done…he said yes and that whoever helped me the last time did not check off some box which would release the order.He seemed nervous and rushed on the phone. I began to picture the whole operation being run out of a dinky apartment some where. I took a look at my credit card statement and on top of everything they double charged me. I have spent the last 2 monts trying to get my money back and they wont even take my calls. This is the worst experience I have ever had online and they need to be closed down!”
