I placed an order with Chadwick’s of Boston on Jan. 13, 2012 and I never received it. After a few calls to customer service they admitted that the package was never scanned out of their warehouse but they could not locate it. I still wanted the merchandise I had ordered but they informed me that it was no longer available so they had to issue a refund. My MasterCard was charged $82.31 and to date I have made 5 different calls to customer service. They keep telling me that I will see a credit on my MasterCard but it still hasn’t been credited and it is now Mar. 26th!! I have been hung up on 3 different times by their customer service supervisors! If they can’t give you an answer as to why the refund has not been issued they disconnect you! It’s really unbelievable that this is the way the company is being run! During one of the calls I became very frustrated and raised my voice but was never abusive or out of line and the supervisor told me she would not speak to me until I calmed down and she disconnected my call. This was after I was on hold for 25 minutes! I had to call back and wait on hold another 20 minutes! All of this aggrevation because of a package that they could not provide to me! I was a loyal customer for 20 years but I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again! I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau as soon as I finish this.
