I placed an order for a purse on 6/26 and they debited my checking account for the cost of the item plus $18 in shipping. I never received confirmation or a tracking number. No number for customer service, only an email address. I emailed them 3 times since 6/26 and no response. They have my money but I do not have my item nor am I able to get this money back from the bank.
