I purchased what I thought was a discounted Coach handbag. I assumed the $79 price was a reflection of a discontinued style and as they had a presence on Facebook I assumed they were legit. The bag that arrived was such an egregious fake I was amazed! Not only was it made of cheap plastic that smelled bad but the lining both inside and out was very poor. I requested information about their return policy and where to send the bag back to. I recieved an email requesting photographs which I supplied and I have heard nothing since. It has been over a month since my last contact with the company.
