On 1/18/2015 I ordered a coach hand bag from coach Bags online store . They took the money from my account On 1/19/2015 They sent me a email stating they were out of stock . On that day I requested a refund . Did not hear any thing back from them . I again sent another email requesting a refund . Then on 2/7/15 Sent another email telling them they had 10 days to respond to that email or I was going to report them to the Attorney General Office . Recieved a response stating ( will refund ) Now every time I email them I get a return email stating ( sorry friend, on holiday! Their policy states they will refund if out of stock. This is 2/24/15 and I am yet to hear from them or get my money back.
