On April 26, 2013, I made a purchase with a company whose website is coolmst.com AKA coolmalesextoy.com. They charged my American Express credit card, but never shipped the merchandise. They provided a fake Fedex tracking information for a label that was created, but never used. This was confirmed with Federal Express. Federal Express has confirmed this was never submitted for shipment. I contacted coolmst.com by email to cancel the order, they refused. When I insisted, they threatened me. It appears I am not the only person who has been a victim of this scam with this company.
