On 6/19 I purchased an Add to Cart feature to secure a pair of J1s. This is how they say it will work… Here’s how our ATC process works:1. Send $(Price of ATC Service) to us, with your size and contact info.2. On release day, we cart your size.3. We email/text you the login info.4. You login and checkout.5. That’s it! It’s very simple. If for some reason we cannot cart your pair a FULL REFUND will be issued Only the day of, they were not only never added to cart. I contacted them after a few days for my refund. They said sorry but they did add it to cart. 1) They didn’t. 2) Even if they did, they NEVER contacted me per #3 of their own contract. They refuse to issue a 25 dolloar refund. Yep, 25 bucks. Not much but still the principle of it. They try to hide behind the cloak of the internet. But God bless, the internet as with a little work I will find exactly where they are.
