I purchased items through the online web page. Requirement was a minimum purchase of $50 to get free shipping. I purchased 2 items to make the $50 (an item I wanted and one that I did not need). nThe transaction was done online, and then the following correspondence took place via. email. nFeb 4 – Wednesday – the order was given for 2 items.nFeb 5 – Thursday – I received notification that 1 item was not available.nFeb 5 – Thursday – I objected to the order, and asked when the required item would be available.nFeb 6 – Friday – D & B Sales told me partial refund was processed.nFeb 6 – Friday – I requested for the missing item to be sent when it comes available. No Reply.nFeb 9 – Monday – I confirmed that I did not need the item that was to be shippednFeb 10 – Tuesday I sent reminder that I did not want the item.nFeb 11 – Wednesday – D & B Sales sent written confirmed that the item was shipped. They advised they were not sure when the item I wanted would be available, and they would not give me the item at cost without additional shipping charges when it would be available.
