In September we went to the store to purchase Ceramic tile for our kitchen and hard wood flooring for our family room, While we were making the purchase the manager informed us that the worst case scenario it would take 5 days, they would do the kitchen floor 1st and that would be 2 days to install and a 3rd day to dry. we were told we would not be able to walk on the floor while the work was being done. We scheduled for the work to be done October 19th – the 23rd druing that time we scheduled to stay at a hotel. When the installers arrived they started in the family room removing all the furniture and the carpet. Then they informed us that they were going to lunch and while they were out they would go by the warehouse to get glue. By Wednesday of that week they were almost finished with both floors when they realized they had run out of kitchen supplies. They called the warehouse to order more supplies and were told they would let them know when the supplies came in. On Friday I called the warehouse to check for the order and the Manager(Gene) informed me that the supplies were not in and that they would not be able to go back to work until Monday. He stated to me that he would have to figure out a way to make this up to me and he laughed. On Monday the supplies came and work resumed. On Tuesday the job was complete and we went home on Wednesday after the floor dried. On Tuesday the warehouse manager (Gene) called me and asked how did Ilie the floor Itold him I wasn’t going home until Wednesday after the floor dry. He stated he would call me back the next day and he never did.
