I placed an order on kicksbay.com on January 30, 2011…My credit card was charged 126.67. The day after I placed the order I got a email from the company stating that the shoes I order were no longer in stock and to pick another pair…I replied back to let them know that I didn’t find any more that I like and requested a refund….I got a reply the next day telling me that they had cancelled my order and my refund had been approved and process and to allow 2 weeks for the money to put back into my account. nI waited the 2 weeks which was Feb. 14th…when the money wasn’t there I send 3 email and finally they replied and told me that the refund was approved and processed on the same day that I cancel and to allow more time… nNeedless to say here I am 3 weeks later and 4 more emails to the company, this time with no reply and still no refund. I didn’t know that this company is a scam until I tried to locate a number for the company and found this website.
