September 1, 2015 – I place an order with this company. By September 25, 2015, I had still not received the order (although, they certainly processed my payment). So, I contacted them via a “support ticket””
using their online facility. They responded
sending me a USPS tracking number. I checked the tracking number
and the package was supposedly in a shipping facility in New York. I checked the tracking number every day after that
and the package was always shown to be in the NY facility. By October 3
