I ordered a dress and was called from DRESSALE within an hour. After realizing there was no way the dress would get to me in time, I cancelled the order. On the webpage it says 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours. I get an email the next day from DRESSALE telling me they are charging me $30 to cancel this $99 dress order since there are transaction fees. I explained their webpage said clear as day states “100% refund”” They told me what it meant was 100% store credit. They didn’t seem to understand a store credit and refund are not the same thing. After several emails back and forth
payPal finally settled the dispute and refunded my money. I guess they still don’t know that because I just got another email from them about these transaction fees. the emails from dressale…sigh On Oct 11
