Saw a pop up ad to try vapor cigs for 30 day supply for only $9.99 from E-Cigs Brand, so I ordered them. That was in November 2012. They were terrible, so I thought, I won’t be ordering anymore. But guess what, I few weeks later in December 2012 I see a $99.00 charge on my card and receive more supplies from them that I DID NOT order. nAt that point I call them and inform them I don’t like their product and do not want any more supplies from them and to quit charging my card. Of course the reps, speak bad English, and the whole time they keep trying to persuade me with free gifts to try another flavor, which I told them no. They agree. Or they say they agree because in January 2013 I receive another package from them and a charge of $40.00. nCalled them up AGAIN on January 25, 2013. Since they send out a paper that says all you have to do is call them and request a returns merchandise authorization number (RMA) to send the supplies back (of course I have to pay for this) to get a refund. nWell calling and requesting that info is not that easy. The whole time the rep was trying to talk me into sending me a free gift to try another flavor. Every time I asked for the RMA number he started all over again saying all he wanted to do was help me and how he would send out another flavor. I started reading the paragraph that states they guarantee customer satisfaction and that if we as a customer are unhappy with the product for any reason, all we need to do is call and get the RMA number and must write it on the outside of the package. nAfter several attempts of asking for the RMA number the rep says he will email it to me. I said no, it states that all we have to do is call and get the RMA number and that I am not hanging up until you give the number to me over the phone. At this point I did not trust them to email me because I now know they are scammers. So I get the RMA number from him and of course it is hard to understand them with their accents so I tell him to also follow up and email me that info in writing. I give him my email address two times, but of course they already have that info because I gave that to them when I ordered. nSo I decide to wait for the email to double check that I got the RMA number correct and that I have something in writing stating I will get a $20.00 credit on my card today and when they receive the product I will get the other $20.00. Email never shows up. nSo I call my credit card company and explain it to them and filed a claim dispute to recoup all my money. They inform me I need to send the supplies back certified return receipt (of course I have to pay for this) and when I get my receipt back showing they got the supplies I than have to file all the information with the credit card company in order to recoup all my money. All because I wanted to try a free 30 day supply paying $9.99 for s&h. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM E=CIGS BRAND in Michigan.
