Complaint: Contacted “Charles Bob Dylan”” at 612-567-6989 which was the contact number at the following website: elegntschnauzers.weebly.com. Puppy was supposed to be delivered for $650 pus $150 for shipping. My wife wire-transferred the $800. The next day she receiuved a request for another $1100 for various fees. All but $50 was to be reimbursed in cash after delivery. She did not comply with the second request. She asked for refund and was promised a refund of $650 because the shipping charge was not refundable. No contact from the seller since then. Chaska
