Truly their is a lesson learned in this, as for now on before placing any online order at least initiate due diligence on the company you are allowing to deduct from your banking account. (If I am going to set myself up to get robbed I at least want to have my eyes open). Had I have done so I would have received my head’s-up about this organization and spared myself the experience of lack of professionalism coming from Eros Boutique. The internet is litered with scores of bad news about Eros Boutique and how their is NEVER a live representative to answer the phone and the voice mail box is always too full to leave a message. My complaint is no different. I placed my order on March 2nd. After 10 days of no shipping confirmation, and no activity through my bank showing where a transaction against my account from your company was made I decided to cancel by sending a Letter of Order Cancellation on March 12 to their customer service/sales department. On March 15, three days after I sent a cancellation notice monies in the amount of $73.00. To correct this I called numerous times only to receive a full voice mail box. On March 18, I called the fax line and a female answered the phone and hung up. On March 18, I sent a fax labeled 2nd Notice requesting a call back. Finally March 29th I called and am able to leave a message. I left 3 message giving EROS my intentions in which I have already started the process. After numerous attempts to get in contact with them, and leaving (finally) a series of voice mails, they called my daughter on the afternoon of EASTER SUNDAY and cursed her out. (I guess they only work on the Holiday’s!!!) They said, “We do not want your business and are returning your money due to harassing phone calls””. (What’s so harassing over requesting and demanding to get your money back from a company who never answers the phone

takes your money and does not ship your product). Shortly after they sent 2 emails saying that they have refunded my money and it should post in 48 hours. That was 10 days ago and still no money. They even stated they could overnight me a receipt to show where they refunded my money. Are you serious???? Why not fax it…so I gave them my fax number and still nothing. I have spoken with the Boston Police Department who will be potentially working with the Atlanta Police Department to further my cause. This does cost money. Money I am sure I will not get back but at this point I will just be happy to see somebody go to jail because truly this is criminal. Their excuse when they cursed my daughter (innocent victim – credit cardholder is me) for the delay in processing my order after they took my money two days after I sent cancellation notification was that the product was on backordered (more like failure to pay vendor invoices means no product to give customers). Backorder or not…its proper practice to call the consumer to let them know your intentions. This is good customer service practice and Eros Boutique is a failure on all points. Eros Boutique has over 100+ Better Business Bureau Complaints. And a slew full of Ripoff Scamss and other consumer complaints plastered all over the internet. And they have been doing bad business practice and robbing consumers of their money for years with no thought about it. They are scandelously trifling and I am determined to spend a great deal of my time trying to bring this company down. So far I have reported the to the Police Departments

the Federal Trade Commission and my bank is working to get me my money back as well. By law in any state

one must be registered and in annual good standing with the Secretary of State (Massachusettes) and they are being on their annual dues by many years. They are not even suppose to be doing business as they are not legitimate by law. So why are they still functioning. I am desperating trying to find out who their merchant payment processor is because they have a unit or an online merchant payment processing company that allows them to accept VISA
