My items did not turn up in the post after 8 days and I had nto received any communication After having ordered from them.Aft After having ordered in November and receiving nothing, not even a communication from them about delay, I raised a support ticket, a day later, theyreplied saying my items were out of stock and for me to choose alternatives. I did this but another day later after my reply, they informed me those were also out of stock. I replied explaining to avoid the same pattern repeating they should recommend alternative products which were in stock. They ignored this and like a broken record asked me to choose more. I made my basic requirements for a phone clear and urther alternatives but the same pattern repeated. The staff member showed no inititaived to rectify the issue and did not seem to be able to reserve in-stock items to delvier if any were ellegedly out of stock. I finally had to ask for a refund after OVER A MONTH of backward and forward emails. They even had the cheek to say ‘..but first, please tell us why..’ even though I had already said! They are awfully imoral and wasted my time. PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did and buy anything from this rip-off company. I am now waiting for a refund. EveryBuying is a scam. No moral employer could employ such inept staff. – I am forced to conclude Everybuying is a scam, or at least as good as a scam. AVOID EveryBuying at all costs. DO NOT buy anything from them – don’t make the mistake I did and waste your time and money.
