Complaint: I purchased several parts for my car online (expressautoparts.com). An estimated shipment time of 3-5 days. Six days later I emailed the company for a tracking number. They replied: wait an additional 3-6 days. Six days later and I emailed them again. This time: “your order with ship out within 10 days.”” You have got to be kidding. This company does not live up to their name “”express.”” to say the least. I’m now worried I won’t even get a refund so I’ll wait it out for another 10 days before I take further action.
