I purchased a product online from this company. I did not receive any tracking notice and when it finally arrived the product was of very poor quality. I tried to contact them via phone but they were having issues and kept hanging up on me after waiting forever on hold. I then tried emailing them and let it go for the weekend. I still have not received an email from the costumer service department. I called Fantasy Toy Land and they first said that I cannot return the item. When she said that returning was possible, the next excuse was no returns for product purchased in October. I have given up and I am now stuck with having paid for a poor product that was not as advertised. I hope this will save someone else from going through what I did. I now see they are not the only company who sells these products, nor are they the cheapest (Ebay). Take your business elsewhere.
