1/06/09 Update on order placed on 9/1/08. nThe complaint that I filed with the BBB on 11/12/08 was closed as unanswered on 12/08/08. Firebird Arts is not a member of the BBB and the company has refused to cooperate with the BBB. nI have called Firebird Arts and left several voicemails and on two occasions I spoke with an employee who assured me that he would relay the message to Teri. When Teri Lee did not take the initiative to return my calls I kept calling. Finally, around the middle of Dec (2008),Teri Lee answered the phone. Teri Lee assured me that she “would take care of it”” when I requested a refund. Since then she has not returned my many phone calls and messages. nDawnnCoconut Creek
