Website: I have water leaking through the cover to the cabin air filter and the seal around my heater core. These parts are clearly not part of the exterior and should be repaired. The company has no argument to rebut this stateent and insists on hiding behind the wording in the contract. These parts are defective and should be replaced. When I get them on the phone and I argue this point and they have no answer

Phone: they state that air and water leaks are not covered. The reason it is under exterior is because if the car is in an accident and causes water to leak through any damage to the body
