I went on one evening to buy a sushi rolling mat and could have sworn I put in 3 into the order and then kept looking and shopping and went back to buy it and when I looked at the overall price (a little over $10) I just put in my info and hit purchase. I looked over the email to make sure everything was in order and I only saw 1 mat. they had charged about $10 for shipping alone. Immediately, I tried to contact the company through their chat service (which said it was up but no one answered) so I emailed and tried to call with no responses. The next morning I get an email saying my order was shipped. I applaud their warehouse for being as good as they are but I tried to contact the company again and finally got bounced up to upper management. This was all done while I was at work and through their chat system. The manager apologized and offered to give me free shipping to buy the next two mats and I agreed to that saying that was all I wanted. She never got back to me. I left that chat window on all day and never heard a single thing more. The product finally arrived and looked great except 2 of the bamboo slats were broken. They were not as much broken as just broken in half down the middle of the slat. While it functions, it will not last a long period of time. In the end, the only thing I was satisfied with was how quickly the warehouse did its work. Every other part of my experience was subpar to terrible.
