Complaint: My 1996 ford Windstar has only 130,000 easy miles; oil was changed and documented every 2000-3000 miles. Head gasket blown, possibly warped head. Engine light is always on as well as the brake and ABS light even after the problem is to have been corrected. What is up with the crap that these US cars are made of? Why cannot they last like a foreign car? US parts are much more expensive as well. Windstars are failures; sue, sue, sue…. Why do US manufacturers continue to produce s**t and dupe the average citizen to “Buy American”” as if it is our patriotic chore?
