OK, so my son shopped long and hard for the perfect Christmas Present nfor me, an NFL digital clock to hang in my office/exercise room/man ncave, and found it at shopgadgetsandgiz (the online store of gadgets & gizmos). nHe paid for it with his own money, about $70 and he purchased it in early nNovember 2012. As I said it was a Christmas present therefore I did notnopen it until after the 30 day exchange policy. Well as you would nguess, the clock was defective, it had a high pitched tone that was so nloud, it was literally painful to be in the same room with it. nI called the company, left messages (3) with no call backs, I went to ntheir website and applied for an RMA which was denied because it was nmore than 30 days since it was purchased and I was directed to contact nthe manufacturer.. Well, low and behold, the manufacturer has a 1 year nwarranty that is to be processed through the store that it was purchased from. nNope, G&G would not take it back, so here I am stucknwith a defective product and now resolution. Really pisses me off nbecause it was a Christmas present that my son worked 10 hours at him nminimum wage job to pay for and the will not exchange it because it wentnpast the 30 policy. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!!!
