I purchased from the Eugene Oregon on line auction. After finding the item counterfeit the refused to accept return. There was also a shortage of item, they advertised 52 piece set and I received a set with only 48 pieces. I spoke with a Mr. Bryne Hagstrom and he kept insisting that he doesn’t know the item is counterfeit but for some unknown reason he suspended the original listing which included the word silver and when relisted the item without the word silver but listed the item as AMZ 800. When I advised him that 90% of reasonable people believe that AMZ 800 when stamped on a flatware set indicates that the set is 800 silver. He offered to give me $58.00 for the missing items but I refused. I paid over $900.00 for this set. I contacted my bank and asked them to conduct a fraud investigation which is taking place at this time. I also returned the item signature required because I see the complaints of the lies from management. I will not purchase from them and I will be telling all lI know to stay away from donating. The complaints are that management sometimes are not satified with their $200,000.00 salary but they also steal from the donations. I am suing in small claims court for refund of my pauyment and since I have to travel from N.UJ. to Oregon I am seeking rtravel, incidentals and possibly puniative damages. Anyone elso have a problem like this?
