I purchased my HEYS luggage in April of 2012. After two trips, the shell of my large suitcase split wide open. Since HEYS backs their products with a Lifetime Warranty – I thought I would get my suitcase repaired or replaced easily. Initially, Heys was responsive, they e-mailed their claim form to me and returned my call. After I submitted my form I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or an email response. After 30 days I filed a BBB complaint and HEYS didn’t respond to BBB either. I am without my luggage and have little faith in this company. HEYS has the worst customer service I have ever encountered – ever!
