I ordered a light for $260.00 from Impressive Lighting on January 10. The money was immediately withdrawn from the account, but we did receive an order confirmation email, so I did not think much about it. After waiting for four weeks, I sent an email to inquire about the light. I was emailed back indicating that the light would ship out the following week and that I would receive a shipping confirmation email. That did not happen. I emailed again, and again, I was told that the light would ship out the following week. We have not received the light nor the shipping confirmation email. When we try calling, we constantly get a messaging service. I have emailed again, but this time I have not received any response.
