I bought a Bolt Zeus, Dubois Depraz DD2030 Automatic, actual cost $950.00 USD. Defective chronograph hands. Sent to service late October 2013. Paid $28 for return shipping. 4 months later watch finally came back to me. It was not only unrepaired but now the chronograph second hand wasn’t even attached. I was told to send it back for priority service. FedEx delivered it to them for the 2nd repair on March 4, 2014. I have tried to find out what the new service case number is and what they are doing. In other words, is it going back overseas and I have another 4 month wait? I have been extremely polite and patient, but now they will not respond to my email inquiries. I called their service phone number. I was caller 31 in the que. I waited 45 minutes to become caller 1 and then their service que hung up on me. I have no idea where my watch is. I’m out $950 plus shipping plus the cost of service shipping, total about $1000.00 USD and it looks like I’m screwed. Am I supposed to fly to Hollywood Florida to get face to face with someone over this issue? The watch was beautiful, but Invicta service is really really bad. Maybe to the extent of being simply dishonest. I don’t even know what more to say. I’ve been able to wear this watch for zero days since making the purchase early October 2013. It would have no less wise of me to simply take $1000 and burn it.
