Last year I bought this “GoSync”” bluetooth receiver for my Bosen portable sound system. The bluetooth receiver worked fine until today. I explained to the customer service representative the the charging port is loose and the light on the “”GoSync”” devoce doesn’t work. He later explained that since I have no receipt and the was bought last year isound.net will not honor the exchange request. I later told him that the product is faulty and I had it for less than year and it shouldn’t break this easily. During our phone converstion I asked for his name and he later rudely hung the phone on me. Is this how isound.net does business with thier customers? He was very unprofessional and rude. I believe if company makes a good product or service they should stand by it. In addition
I they want repeat business from customers
then they need to teach their employees some phone etiquette.”
