Complaint: I am extremely upset with this system. I paid $997 a few years ago for BOF 2.0. This CRM worked really well (however, it still had many glitches). I used this CRM for my entire business spending an UNKNOWN amount of hours building my database. Then John Cochran upgraded the system to BOF 3.0. When this change took place, they lost all of my contacts information. I had detailed notes, phone conversations, and other very important contact information as well. It’s all GONE. Buyer beware! Do not waste your time or money on Buyers On Fire! I have contacted the company. They told me they would be able to retrieve my contact information. The best they were able to do is retrieve some contact phone numbers and email addresses. I lost all of my contact physical addresses, notes that I or my assistant created, recorded phone conversations and files saved for each contact, and contact property criteria.
