Jordans Furniture Medford Massachusetts Review

Purchased a sofa and within 2 months the arm of the chair caved in because it was made of cardboard. they sent a repair man over and he made a 2X4 t and stuck it inside the sofa. I didnt hold well and shifted all over the place and sent a repair person a second time and was asked to take a picture before he came over. A picture is hard to take if it has fabric over it. It would be like taking a picture of a fractured bone. Anyways he made another type of wooden structure to stick inside and it was no better. So I complained again with no satisfaction. I am disabled and cannot use this sofa and I had to get rid of it after 6 months. They wanted a picture of it again because they lost the other one. Since you cannot see the damage behind the fabric they ignored me. Internet, Massachusetts United States of America
