I ordered a NFL jersey for my son for Christmas. Order was placed on 12-16-11. I recieved a order conformation within a few minutes. On 12-19-11 my card was charged, when I sent a few emails regaurding a tracking number my questions went un-answered. After reading the costumer service section ( which was not properly written as if someone typed like they were having a conversation in person… and broken english to top it off!!) I became worried I had been taken advatage of. After looking into it.. seems like I have, and Im not alone!!
