I ordered a Mens Sport watch (order#18606) from the Kinck of Time website that was advertised on Facebook back in the middle of November 2016. After I emailed them inquiring about my merchandice. They responded with the fact that somehow my shipment was lost and that they immediatly reordered my watch. So far, as of today January 4, 2017, I have yet to recieve the item that I paid for. I have sent 4 emails to Knick of Time requesting shipping and tracking information and have even requested a full refund for non delivery of purchased item but I still get no response.
