My wife purchased a blouse using their credit card. She was not happy with it, and later returned it. They credit her credit account, and gave her a receipt. No problem. On the next bill, we discovered that they did not actually credit our account. We went to the Customer Service Dept. in the Oceanside store, and they apparently cannot do anything about it and told us to call the corporate office. We showed the receipt, but were told to pay it anyway, just in case. The local customer service are not allowed to do anything to fix the problem, the corporate customer service, WILL NOT check their records, or do anything about it! Now we are out the cost of the blouse, a late fee + interest, and Kohl’s is able to resell the blouse for 100% profit. I guess they won. Now there are two of us who will never shop at Kohl’s again.
