Dear AllnMy sincere advice to everybody who wants to buy Lenova laptop during thanksgiving or any time — Please dont buy nYou simply loose your money for a garbage laptop. nI purchased Lenova laptop during last thanks giving time by online. However when I recieved the laptop there is bad pixel on the screen I informed customer support regarding this Issue they said it will go by ot self otherwise just slightly scratch with pencil but it didnt go apart from that the system used to get lot of heat like burning even you turn on the system for couple of hours. I spoke to Lenova CS and they asked me to send the system and I send the system and after recieving the system they sent me back on the same day and they said everything is ok they resolved. But when I recived nothing resolved the system is as such. Recently I was just moving the laptop from my laptop table when the video is on and suddenly the liquid got disturbed inside the screen and lost the video. agaian I spoke to CS lenova and sent to them nevertheless they said you warranty doesnt cover this because there is a customer pressure point on screen and it cost $350. with this price we can buy a Dell laptop. I have been using laptops since 10 years and never had any problem with Dell and the CS is really great. hence I suggest one and everybody dont buy Lenova laptop it is a failure system. nRemaining it is upto.
