I recently purchased a Sterling Silver Mens Pave Top Traditional FREEDOM CLASS RING from this company for $299.99. The advertising states that is a sterling silver piece. Within on day of receiving the item it started flaking. I contacted customer support to question them about the material used to produce this ring. They stated that the ring was not a plated item and is indeed a solid sterling silver item. I then asked them why it would flake. As such you can see the continued chat log below.
