I ordered a ring off of their website on February 10, 2014 and my credit card was charged. I received the ring within two weeks and in less than one week the stone fell out and was lost. I immediately contacted the company about returning it for repair on 2/20/14. I was instructed to send it back to an address that was provided but that address turned out to be an undeliverable address. I contacted the company again on 3/12/14 after I received the package back undeliverable. I spoke with a customer service representative that said they would send me a pre paid mailing label within 2 days. I received an email on 3/13/14 following my call and the email instructed me to mail the item back to a different address than the one I received the first time but I decided to wait for the pre paid label instead. It never arrived. I again contacted the company on 3/24/14 requesting a return label and on 3/25/14 I was again told that a label would be sent out in 1 to 2 days. As of 4/1/14 I had not received it so I contacted the BBB and today I received an email from Limoges stating they would send out a UPS shipping label immediately. This company has failed to follow through on their promise to correct the issue and I have not been able to get my ring fixed, nor have they issued me a refund. Do not trust this company. They sell lousy jewelry and have even worse customer service.
