I ordered carpet from Lowe’s to replace the old one in my house. I signed the contract on April 24 2013. The installation work was finished on May 18 2013. The carpet started to fuzz immediately after installation with usual ormal vacuum cleaning. Now more vacuum cleaning – more fuzzing. I filed the claim. The carpet inspector visited my house and submitted the report. My claim was declined due to “animproperly adjusted vacuum cleaner”” according to the carpet inspection report. I strongly disagree with this statement. What I can see after one month
the quality of this carpet is very low.”
