Complaint: I signed up for these two products in the end of October. I received them in November and used them. Nothing special. In December I called the number that they provided and canceled them, I was given confirmation number and supposed to get an email with all the information. I never received an email. Because of this I immediatly called the other phone number to be safe and they said yes both had been cancelled. I still have not received that email and today January 13 found another charge on my account for the same product. When I called to complain and cancel AGAIN. I was told that the 3 numbers I had for these companies (that I received FROM these companies are incorrect and there is no record of me calling in time to cancel! I was given ANOTHER number and at first told they could help me cancel with no refund because it was after the shipping/charge date. When I 3rd explained everything another 3 times to another 3 customer service people I was again told I didn’t have the correct number and that is why I was charged. I asked, then if this is the wrong number to be refunded anything beyond my cancel call how did they know about the other small refund? Then the offered partial refunding of Jan. But nothing for the Dec. Charge. 2 more representives later and another argument how a customer can only cancel a product or service with a company WITH the information provided by said company . and that by law those are to be correct. The representative stated that “who know where those phone numbers come from but WE don’t have record for your call in DEC. So I will not refund it. Again I said I had confirmation numbers stating that I DID cancel and that I should be refunded the full amount. She infered I was trying to get something for nothing! I RE EXPLAINED that was NOT the case and that in Dec. I TRIED to return the products and they wouldn’t accept them (Box was sealed and never been opened. And that I would HAPPILY return these as soon as they arrived because I STILL DID NOT WANT THEM. She really quickly rambled something about refunding 50% of Dec. And 100% of Jan. And then hung up on me! I will Be watching my account closely. I do not trust this company and no one should.”
